November 27 & 28 Simulation Update

Good morning!

Please see below with regards to the upcoming November 27 (Fri) & 28 (Sat) simulation:

Senior A/ Elite | Nov 27 (Fri) | 3:39-4:45pm | Starting Order (link)

Intermediates | Nov 28 (Sat) | 8:15-9:15am | Starting Order (link)

Senior B | Nov 28 (Sat) | 9:45-10:45am | Starting Order (link)

PARENTS

1. Must give coaches 24hr cancellation notice before the simulation so that Bruno is able to adjust and/or utilize the time more efficiently.

2. All Skaters must be at the rink a minimum of 1/2hr before they skate.

3. Skaters must come "Competition Ready" this means dress or costume, full make-up and hair.

4. No parents will be permitted into the building to watch.

5. If you cannot attend the simulation or your name is missing from the attached running orders please text Bruno immediately (604) 230-5644.

6. Parent volunteers please be advised that you will not be permitted to interact with your child during the simulation. Please inform your child accordingly.

7. We have set up a new volunteer sign-up registration for these events that will be sent out in the next couple of days.
